Journal of Human Rights publishes CRC General Comment 7 Indicators Framework

Lead author Ziba Vaghri, Director, International Research and Initiatives Program, Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP), University of British Columbia, and co-authors Adem Arkadas, Sami Kruse and Clyde Hertzman recently published CRC General Comment 7 Indicators Framework: A Tool for Monitoring the Implementation of Child Rights in Early Childhood.  The document is still in DRAFT form as the group continues to work on and update the framework following every pilot.
