The International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (ISPCAN) and the Turkish Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (TSPCAN) invite you to Turkey for the19th ISPCAN International Congress on Child Abuse and Neglect, which will be held in Istanbul on September 09 - 12, 2012.
